We may collect: name, email address, phone number, business data (services, schedule, price list), client data (CRM), photos and media files, and technical data (IP address, browser, request logs).

3. Google Account Data and Google Calendar

When you connect Google Calendar, we request access solely for two-way appointment synchronisation. We access and store only the calendar events required to operate the service. This data is: • never shared with third parties; • never used for advertising or marketing; • deleted when you disconnect the integration. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Data

Collected data is used to: provide service features, sync calendars, power the AI assistant, send notifications, and improve the platform.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. Data may be passed to trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, SMS/email providers) solely to operate the service.

6. Data Storage

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL). We apply encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Data is retained until account deletion or permission revocation.
