By using the GetMe.Beauty platform (getme.beauty) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

GetMe.Beauty is a platform for beauty and wellness professionals offering: a booking page with online scheduling, an AI assistant in WhatsApp and Telegram, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar sync, and a CRM system.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity within your account. If you detect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at info@getme.beauty.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, sending spam, infringing third-party rights, or attempting to hack or circumvent the platform's security measures.

5. User Content

You are responsible for content you publish (photos, descriptions, price lists). You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that the content complies with applicable law.

6. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is listed on the website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice. Trial periods apply as described at registration.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party API failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, logo, and brand identity belong to GetMe.Beauty. You retain rights to your own content.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these Terms.
